"I’ve never had a worse experience. One of the employees at this office was incredibly rude and condescending when I was having difficulty making a payment online. I decided to leave this office and take my business to another agent, but because of State Farm’s system, I can’t just acquire a different agent. The Jackie Weeber office has to release me as a client to the other State Farm Agent. I called on 10/09 to request the switch; I was told it would take a few days. When I logged into the app a couple days later, I noticed that my monthly payment increased by $20–that’s interesting. I decided I would wait to address it with the new agent since the switch was taking place and I had almost 2 weeks before the next payment. I waited until 10/16 and followed up with the new agent’s office to confirm everything. They shared that the switch still hadn’t been completed by Jackie Weeber and they couldn’t begin handling my policy until then. I called back to Jackie’s office on 10/16 and made another request for them to release my policy to the other agent and I was told I would need to speak to Jackie herself and that she would call me later that day. She never called. I called Jackie’s office on 10/17 to request again to be released to the other agent and the administrative person I spoke to said that another agent was available and would call me and that he would have the power to release me. Joe, one of Jackie’s licensed agents, called me a little later on 10/17, tried to convince me to remain with their office, and after multiple refusals agreed to transfer my policy to the new agent. I followed up with the new agent’s office today, 10/20, and they shared that Jackie Weeber still hasn’t released me to the new agent. I called Jackie’s office 4 times today, 10/20, at various times of the day and they wouldn’t answer any of my calls nor return them—and yes, I left a voicemail. It’s almost 4pm and I haven’t gotten any response. I’m completely at their mercy. No one can do anything until Jackie Weeber releases me to the other agent. I’m being held hostage by this office. I would recommend you take your business anywhere else. I have been a client for two years with two policies and am just astonished that I’m being ignored and ripped off after years of loyal business, no claims, and rarely any questions."

These folks are great at keeping things easy and convenient. 99% of the time I need something taken care of, I just send a text explaining what I need and it's done (and more than once they found a better or cheaper way than I would've if I had to set it up myself)."

"NEW UPDATE: Once again, calling and calling, and calling, and leaving messages asking for a callback, and nothing but radio silence. We were told that we have a policy that is expiring and that we need to contact the Jackie Weeber State Farm office right away, which is WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO FOR SEVERAL DAYS! Is there anyone that works at this office any longer? You don't seem to have a problem taking my payments, but trying to get some assistance is completely impossible! After being with this same office for over 20 years, it has become clear that we need to find a different insurance provider! 😣 Several times my wife and I have called to ask questions about our home and auto policies, or to make changes to our policies, and we end up getting someone from their central answering service that always proves completely unhelpful. Most of the time you can't even understand half of the things the person on the phone is saying. Our latest experience is when we called to have our dwelling insurance increased, due to the inflated home values these days, and we also needed to inquire about whether our auto insurance would cover a Jeep rental during our vacation trip. The woman didn't know if the Jeep rental would be covered, and she suggested that we "setup an appointment with our agent to increase our home insurance." My wife told her that someone could call us back, but the woman insisted that we would be meeting in person at Jackie's office. I mean come on...is this the best customer service you can offer? If we call to speak with someone at Jackie's office, why are our calls getting routed to some State Farm central office with CSRs that cannot speak clear English? We have been with State Farm for 20 years now, but I think it has come time to start shopping elsewhere for our insurance needs. 😞 UPDATE: Regarding the owner's response; we did call the number you stated, which is what we have in our Outlook contact list, and which is also posted when you Google your office. It was obviously not your office that answered the phone, so you must have calls setup to forward to a different location at times. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it seems to be the luck of the draw whenever we call for policy information or adjustments, since Jackie never takes our calls. It is always some assistant (which varies pretty much every time we have called in the past few years) that answers the phone and insists on helping us instead of passing our calls or information to Jackie. Her office did call my wife back and tried to make things right, but I think we are going to look to find an insurance office with an agent that serves their customers rather than ignoring them after they sign up."
